Géraldine Pillot creates sculptural works where porcelain, paper and light become a distinctive visual language to shape environments where art, architecture and light exist as one.
Based near Lisbon, the French multidisciplinary artist explores the relationship between material, light and space through contemporary sculptures, lighting pieces and site-specific installations.
Her practice is guided by a search for balance between strength and delicacy, structure and movement, permanence and fragility. Rather than occupying a space, her works are conceived to belong to it, creating moments of stillness, texture and contemplation.
Her work has been presented internationally through galleries, cultural institutions and design exhibitions. Alongside her collectible pieces, she collaborates with architects, interior designers and hospitality brands on bespoke commissions designed for exceptional residential, hospitality and cultural projects.
